   STAY CLEAR OF THEIS GARAGE IF YOU LIKE TO USE YOU CARS Worst garage every paid over 3000 to have an engien rebuild took over the timeline told me it would be done in when got it back was missing parts feom the engien bay they have broken the gear shift cable so now doesn't stay in 3rd and 5th gear stop start doesn't work ac doesn't work and had to clear the fault codes myself witch I took photos when doing the job a usual garage cleans the components that are part of the engien a.d thw running but they don't I asked Jeff the supposed owner about this and said that thats not there department and doesn't have time to clean all the components when I asked for the parts company he uses he refused to tell me as they charged me extra money for gaskets that have always been included in head gasket kit and piping for the engien the owner Jeff just want to argue with every point and not hold his hands up to anything they have done I have contacting cab and also good garages to make a formal complaint about what they have done as this is going to cost over 1000 to set everything back to being right

   We attended this garage for an MOT on my sons car. When we arrived I asked the young man who attended to us if he could check the tyres to see if they are road worthy. Apparently he checked them then advising the only tyre needed was the one with space saver on, the other tyres would be an advisory. I asked for the space saver tyre to be change. Apparently there were no used tyres, he only had new tyres for £75. After hesitation I gave him the go ahead to replace the tyre. Big mistake After waiting for approx an hour the car was bought out to us, the mot failed due to a few faults, including the tyres that I asked him to check. The new tyre was definitely not a new tyre. The young man kept saying "I promise you it's a new tyre there was a sticker on it" The condition looked used, I feel completely misled. Very disappointed with the lack of honesty definitely won't be returning or recommending R S Motors.

   Positive experience at this garage. Saved money on my first visit. The staff are genuinely honest. Initially told I needed a heater matrix replacement elsewhere, but the brother on the counter Raeiv suggested a diagnostic. Turns out my car's heater operates differently because of a automated function and he even gave a little demonstration saving me a lot of money. Highly recommend their honest and customer focused service.

   We turned up during the Christmas period with a strange noise in the car. We were quite nervous because we had to journey into London but the boys at the garage got our motor back to full health and on our journey really quickly. Great service thank you.

   Wouldn't recommend them. Did my MOT with them, it failed as it needed brake pads, agreed for them to order and repair the breakpad the following day. They did do the repair work but they forgot to update the MOT database! The ridiculous thing is that the main owner put the blame on me that I should of instructed them to re-test for MOT! I've been driving around for over a month without an MOT !

   They failed my MOT after a few visits with no problems on emissions, told me I needed an engine fuel cleaner, sold me X2 bottles of Redex that retails for £3 for £25 each and made me repay the MOT fees costing a whapping £190 all in what should have cost me £70. I never returned after that. They act all friendly but con-artists is what they are.
