Second time coming to B Barbers and again great service. Cut by Danny today, great conversation and happy place to visit. Price is great for the effort they put in to getting it right for you. Very clean space and staff are so friendly. I think I’ve found my forever Barber.
I’ve been going to Danny for a while now and I can honestly say he’s one of the best barbers out there. His attention to detail is second to none – every haircut is sharp, precise, and exactly how I ask for it. The consistency is what keeps me coming back; you always leave the chair feeling confident and looking fresh. Not only is Danny fantastic, but the professionalism of the entire team is also top-notch. The shop has a welcoming atmosphere, everyone’s friendly, and they really take pride in their work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled barber!
My five-year-old son has had several haircuts at B Barbers now – each time by a different barber – and has always left looking great. The team is friendly and so gentle and patient with him that he has overcome his fear of having his hair cut. The service provided to gentlemen is great, too, and the prices are very reasonable.

Wow, what a difference! I hadn’t been here in a while ‘cause my last visit wasn’t the best, but just found out there’s a new owner and new barber and honestly, it shows. Had such a great experience last time and today. So glad I decided to come back.
Easily the worst haircut I’ve had in the last 10-15 years; no agenda here at all, just to warn others. I asked for a fade with a trim on top- it looks like a skin head with a tuft sticking up at the front. Will need to let it grow out for weeks before can go somewhere decent to get it cut into a style again. Just avoid.

All the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. Great haircut at a reasonable price, online bookings via an app and walk in options are available Revamped as B.Barbers, but still with the same great service and prices as it was when it was Mark Powell's place. Mark still works on a Tuesdaythere as well, so there is still a link to the old management team.
I booked an appointment with either barber as I have used this place a few times before mainly when it used to be branded as mark powell's and all the barbers previously employed there have been really good hence the good reputation (nearly all if not all of reviews are from this time period). A man walked in with his teenager son after I was sat down and they did not have an appointment however once a barber was available they immediately stood up and started giving instructions to the barber who allowed the son to sit down in the chair whilst telling me to wait for the next barber. So despite the fact I had an appointment at that time, arrived early and was there before the man & son they felt I could just wait around and be last?? Very disrespectful, what is the point in making an appointment if that's the service, I decided if this was the service they was offering I would go elsewhere to spend my money. It's a shame they still have all the 5* reviews as clearly new management & name and not the same barbers who built the reputation. If in West Derby go to another barbers such as crew who honour the booking system and seem better barbers.
