I would give zero stars if i could because of my terrible experience. I booked online through their website and received a confirmation email. There was no driver waiting for me when I arrived at airport, I called customer service and they said they didn't have a record of my booking. Absolutely RIDICULOUS and hugely INCONVENIENT. I had to take a train for an hour and a half because there was no direct service that day. I will never use these disorganized losers again and would recommend for everyone else to do the same. Here's to hoping they go out of business soon with this level of customer service. Good Riddance London Net Cars. Will
