   I have been picked up by the Chislehurst Station to drop off High Street Chislehurst the fare only £7-00 prior to call this company I have Uber app also try to book car the fare showing over £25-00 just for less then a mile the Uber charge is ripping off. The local firm is Access Cars providing an excellent and amazing service to our local people

   AVOID THIS COMPANY. I pre-booked a cab to pick my heavily pregnant wife, 2 year old daughter and I up from Heathrow Airport at 9pm last Sunday. I received the booking confirmation email but on arrival at the airport there was no driver. We waited for nearly 40mins and I repeatedly called the office, the phones just rang and rang. I must have called over 40times. We had to then find alternative way home after a long flight with a very tired child and pregnant wife. I have emailed the company since and not even got an apology or lame attempt at an excuse for the no show and leaving us stranded. Absolutly appalling and cowardly company. Do not use.

   Horrible service. the car turned up 30 mins late, making us miss an event. We should have just cancelled but the dispatcher kept saying the car is 5 minutes away. Then the car actually went to pick us up at the drop off point rather than the pick up point. I would avoid at all cost ,especially since their pre-booking can't be trusted. Luckily it wasn't a flight...

   Iv used this cab service well over 15 time as its the only one available now i know why it has Disgusting service never felt so disrespected,was accused of being a troublemaker by one of the controllers he argued non stop on the phone and i wasn't allowed to speak to a manager! I have a newborn and the cab driver refused to put the buggy at the back of his car.They make there own prices up. BUT there is one young gentle man that's lovely and always gives me good service it's such a shame.
