   Highly recommended. Were able to fit me at short notice to check my car regarding suspension issue. After work was done i was shown exactly what was replaced and what was causing the issue. Work was done promptly and Rami is someone who cares about his work.

   Absolutely top-notch service and staff! I've been to this place a couple of times with my car. Well, I'm not really good at car service prices, and I'll be honest, at one point I thought they gave me a quite big quote for taking out the dpf. Then went to another mechanics for a diagnostic and found out that they gave me the best price possible actually. Last time I was there, I've done a major service (engine gaskets, dpf replacement, etc.), and again, the parts in my car are really badly placed (being AWD doesn't help in this case), so it was quite a struggle. Yet, they managed to fix everything in time and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place! They care about their customers and will do their best to fix your car in the best way possible. Thank you, guys, for your service! Unfortunately, I won't see you for a period now, as I've sold my car (insurance reasons). Thank you, Mr. Ramy, for helping me from the start to the end with my car problems!

   We as a family have used this garage now for 5 years+ with multiple cars that we buy getting fixed and serviced. They have not let us down at any step. Whenever we bring a car to get checked they never charge us money, they just check it and give the thumbs up. They are honest people and the current generation of providers are very professional. Example: Took our (now sold) Audi S4 to the Audi garage, they said the brakes needed changing as urgent - also took it to 2 different Audi garages in east london for an engine fault - total cost ~£500. They stated they changed "something". After the engine light coming on for the 5th time we gave up and took it to Allcars. In 20 minutes they found the problem (a broken vacuum pipe which had snapped and they found out 'someone' had glued it with super glue hence why it was not holding a seal) and fixed it. Also for free assessed the brakes and told us it had a good 10k miles on them if we drove usually. £500 vs £200. Total cost £700. The Audi is sold now as its too much hassle but next time just come here and get it done. There's a misconception that branded garages are "official" and that you MUST get them serviced there when in reality they are all privately owned franchising off of the badges and are not owned by the manufacturers, hence they CAN give you absolutely poor service and in our case not change parts they say they changed. Just take your car here, you get an honest service, and end of the day a BMW is a BMW as long as the person is used to servicing/ fixing them does not matter what badge they're wearing on their shirt. 5/5 service 5/5 Professionalism 5/5 Price Will come back here to fix up my other car as well.

   My first time using Allcars today following a recommendation from a family member. I was extremely impressed with the service and the communication from the guys. I had a gearbox and flywheel changed on an Audi A3 - no small job! Great value (an absolutely steal compared to Audi garage) and service with a smile from Carl and the guys - I will return! Thanks
