I had a worst experience here; however lots of reviews say this place is good. Positive things: Easily get appointment over the phone. Politely speaking over the phone. Location is Good. Reception is Good; so can wait for an hour or 2hours Toilet is there. When I took the car to the garage; there was no steam coming out from the engine room. But when I take the car out from the garage after they replacing some parts, the steam was coming out & he said it’s overheated. Yes it’s over heated while they do repairing work. My Audi A4 2003 (20yrs old) was running so smoothly until 2023 Christmas with all periodic services. My buddy was with me from 2022 November & I was so happy to drive a grandpa in very perfect condition with proper take care from my side. My bad days starts with a small unidentified coolant leak of coolant. I used to top-up coolant once in a week roughly after 60-100miles. Suddenly in a fine Christmas morning;the leak burst like flow after pouring K seal. I found the water is flowing through a pipe inside the engine room. As there was holiday until 2024 Jan 02 I didn’t get an appointment; so I kept my car unused 4 days. On Jan 02 2024; I tried to start my car to drive 1.5 miles to the workshop & with disappointment car didn’t start. So I towed to London Auto Car. Welcome was pleasing. They told me to drop the car and go home. They’ll call after diagnosing it. I refused to go home for 2 reasons, one among that reason is I need to get a quote and make a decision before I leave to home. My mechanic friend from Manchester, after see car’s condition over the video call told me, car seems to be not having much problem however as he is not physically see the car; he is not saying car is fine. So drive to the workshop very close by; as the distance increases car engine also get heated. He didn’t suggested towing because the engine will not be at risk if we drive for short distances. When i reach workshop, they keep on trying to start my car NORMALLY; I’m forced to go and tell him that it’ll damage the starter and battery. At that time another guy comes with Jump starter and it started quickly (clearly shows battery was weak). If that guy really cares for the car; he shouldn’t have keep on trying to start normally multiple times; until that 2nd guy comes with jump starter. After the vehicle starts and they keep it idling for 15mins; then I step out from reception and told the person; it’ll heat the engine and leads to another big problems like engine gasket / coolant system will become more worse. This made me to think like, they need to make the problem more worse, so that they can do more work in my car & grab more money from my pocket. It happened at the end of the day. After the 1st stage of repairing coolant leak, there was no steam coming out. I was happy and grateful to the people there. So there was no engine problem. No steam coming out from engine. But there was leak somewhere, they try to figure it out without giving enough time for the engine to cool down. And they found its Coolant reservoir and changed it while the engine is still running & accidentally spilled coolant all over the engine and triggers engine damage. And they done many hard starting also; luckily my starter motor is still working. At the end of the day, the guys need to send me out of the garage somehow ( clear attitude change noticed) with steam coming out of my car’s engine. And ripped me £220 by doing all these stuffs to my car. In one word; I simply believe they destroyed my car; due to their carelessness. In other professional mechanic’s opinion; 1. they shouldn’t keep on try to start the car normally after trying 2 times. 2. They shouldn’t continuously run the engine while do the work. Always need to give cool of time to the engine; as there is no cooling down system for the car it’s own. 3. When a coolant reservoir is changing why they done the job with an engine still running and due to their careless the coolant spilled all over the engine and car finally damaged by their acts.

This place is great. Very friendly and helpful. I had my A/C fixed and it’s blowing better then it’s even been. They added some additive to the car and now I have ice cold air. They even changed my filter which I didn’t even know I had (cabin filter) the air flows much better. I willl be back! Highly recommend

This is the first time I took my car to London Auto Center autosport. Needing a routine maintenance, I was pleasantly surprised at the convenience and ease with which my car was handled. The cost and friendly manner will definitely be taking me back as I would recommend it to family and friends. Great experience

I can’t recommend London Auto Center LTD highly enough. I’ve been getting work done here for the last 3 years. Tech knows his stuff. He won’t charge you if he can’t find / fix the problem and his rates are super fair. As someone who likes to work on cars myself, he always takes the time to explain issues in detail and if it’s easy enough even encourages me to fix it myself (which another shop would NEVER do). He even allowed me to recycle a few used auto parts. Robert is the man.

Technician is the most trusted mechanic I have ever gone to, and we have now been taking our cars to London Auto Centre LTDfor years. I've had him take a look at issues and then tell me that it was something minor -- no charge. Or that it's something I don't have to worry about for a while. And if something needs to be fixed, he will clear it with me first. Robert is a man of integrity and I always feel like he is being honest with me about his advice.

Sammy is phenomenal. Finding an excellent, honest mechanic can feel like the holy grail. Also, he and his staff went beyond the Covid-19 safety requirements so I had no concerns about having my car worked on during these unusual time
