   I can’t recommend this garage highly enough. From start to finish they were extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely had my best interests at heart. Their communication was excellent throughout the whole process, keeping me informed and explaining everything clearly without any pressure. What really stood out was their incredible patience and honesty — it’s clear their intentions are good and they truly care about their customers rather than just making a sale. A refreshing experience and I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to others.

   THE BEST GARAGE IN ILFORD!! Jas and Ben have been extremely helpful over the past couple months. They are professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable.The work that was needed was clearly explained and provided with an honest quote with excellent communication throughout the entire service. Repairs are always carried out efficiently and to a high standard, with no hidden costs or unnecessary upselling. It’s refreshing to find a garage you can genuinely trust who are so honest and aren’t greedy for money!! Customer service is always outstanding and the work is always completed on time. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and reasonably priced garage in Ilford, Wefix Autocentres is definitely the place to go.

   This garage was recommended to me by a friend who is a regular customer and always praises their service. I needed the batteries replaced in two of my car keys, and Jas kindly handled it for me. He not only replaced the batteries but also didn’t charge me at all. The customer service here is outstanding and it truly feels like they care about helping customers rather than just focusing on money. I would highly recommend them!

   Great service from start to finish! I booked my car in to have the two rear tyres replaced and the level of service I received was first class. Jas gave me a call when it was time to bring my car back (they were busy and I can see why) to save me waiting. The garage is transparent with their pricing - not something I can say about many garages. The waiting area is warm, clean and welcoming which made for a comfortable wait while the work was being done. It was my first time using Jas and his team, but it won't be the last! Highly recommended. Thanks!

   First let me start with WOW, what a brilliant garage. Just when I had lost all hope of finding a decent, professional, amazing and trustworthy garage these guys came to my rescue. I brought my car to them after a previous garage had done a botch job and left the car needing serious work done. Although they could see it was going to be not only time consuming and a lot of hard work, they rose to the challenge and restored my faith with their brilliant workmanship. I was keep informed of what was happening every step of the way with a realist account of how the work was progressing and they were very transparent in what the potential costs would be. Yes, it was expensive but it was worth every penny because they went above and beyond to get my car repaired to a very good standard with honest hard work. I can't thank Jas, Ben and John enough for agreeing to fix my car and they showed wonderful customer service and were very friendly in all my dealings with them. I can't recommend this garage highly enough.If you need work on car or if you just need an opinion for any issue, this is the garage to come to. I live on the other side of London but I am prepared to travel as I don't think I can trust any other garage to fix my car in the future. I will definitely be using this garage again. 10 out of 10 Keep up the brilliant work guys.

   Replaced front and back brake pads on Audi A6 50 TDI with sensors at Wefix Autocentres, after Audi Service recommend they be replaced and quoted me £1100 to change them. Wefix Autocentres done it for less than half price. Spoke to Jazz who was extremely helpful and advised and help me through the work. Will definitely return for future repairs and maintenance.

   Had a tyre changed there, was seen straight away and they were very professional in the way they dealt with me as a customer. Looking around the garage, it looked really clean and they seemed to be very well organised. I will definitely contact them again should any work need to be done to my car in the future.    My experience with wefix autocentre was amazing and John was especially great. I had bought a new which I believe was in great shape but I wanted to make sure so I had John do a full inspection on my car and he had basically told me I had bought a car that could break down at any point and had advised me not to spend any money on it and get rid of the car . He was honest and cared more about me then making money. If you need an honest mechanic this is the perfect place to go to
