   These people are scammers stay away, they charged me £2700 for a dpf regen, if they know more about the issue than you they will take advantage & overcharge you. Eventually sorted it out with a real mechanic shortly after AVOID (Edit: they call honest reviews FAKE to deflect their unprofessionalism)

   Recommended by my warranty provider, the team was incredibly honest, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They diagnosed my car's issue and handled all communication with the insurance company. Even though my warranty claim wasn't valid, they went above and beyond to get my car back on the road at a great price. I especially appreciated their thoroughness. They performed extra checks on my battery, saving me from an unnecessary replacement. When a new battery was indeed needed, they offered a fantastic price and even waived the installation labor. Highly recommend this garage.

I’ll be using them for services and works to my car now going forward. They treat your car with respect and it doesn’t matter of it’s an Audi or a Rolls Royce; all cars are treated with the same respect and care. They’re extremely good value for money, given what main dealers try to charge. I highly recommend

   First time here (booked by company car people) but I can honestly say I have never experienced such a helpful bunch of guys. Even accommodating a last minute need to rebook later in the week but nothing was too much trouble for them. Been to countless garages who just want to rip you off but Motor Aid take pride in their service and deliver outstanding customer service.
