This is my regular petrol station I use to fill up and use the car wash occasionally which has been good. No problems but the other day I used the Clarks garage attached and was really good customer service and only charged me £6 to replace my brake light I will definitely be using them again.the cost cutter that is attached is also so friendly and welcoming.
My visit to their car wash was a bad experience, I paid £8 for wash,foam and dry, my car was only 60% dry. When I approach one of the staff and showed him the car, another staff intervened ( I think he works in the mechanical department) And said "it's only a blower also the weather is cold" I think he's excuse was ridiculous!!!

Very disappointed with them. They never used a diagnostic but still charged me for it. Had to take car elsewhere to get fixed.
A busy petrol station that is situated on a smallish corner plot. They usually have very competitive prices for the local area, which is probably why queues sometimes form.
They change my car oil, oil filter, pollen filter and air filer. Something which can be done in 30 minutes max. They made me wait almost 2 hours even though I told them I need to go to work then they charged me £60+VAT for 30 minutes work. I always get some oil back from Mechanic but these guys failed to return the remaining oil as engine only take 4 litres and I gave them 5 litre oil. Never going back there for sure and don't recommend this business. Not sure how they have 4 stars on google !
