After trying numerous mechanics I thought I’d try car doctors . They double the fault immediately. They explained everything in a way I’d understand. Their work was clean, tidy and prompt. I highly recommend trying them . I have used them a few time now and safe to say they are my first destination from now on .
Would leave 6 stars if I could! Jay and the whole team are amazing Been using them for years for both my car (Im very precious over it) and the wifes shopping barge They will never do work for the sake of it and will always try and do things the most economical way Can't recomend enough!
I have been ripped off in daylight. Everyone knows this guy has a smile on his face. But unfortunately another facet is hiding behind this smile. He promised to sort out my car but he never said he will buy used parts. He charged me £900 pounds for the repair but the parts cost only £250. I found out only when my car broke down again after 2 days with the same fault. He is a liar. He promised to send me my invoice by email which he never did till today been 4 months already. I do have proof if anyone wanted to see. He is not trustworthy at all. I can't believe people rating him 5 *. For me he don't deserve even 1*.
Very accurate with time, the garage got good customer relationship and also very proficient on the job . Am very well satisfied with their work and is really worth visiting anytime you have reason to go there to sort any issues with you car. Regards Augustine
