   Amazing service, Had my car repaired at 1st MrClutch and I’m genuinely amazed by the whole experience. From the moment I arrived, the team were friendly, welcoming, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain the issue with my car in a way I could understand, and kept me updated throughout the repair so I never felt left in the dark.    Unfortunately did not have a good experience. Staff there seemed like nice guys but the service was not. Asked to come for a check, the mechanic checked under my car for 2 whole seconds and ran to the receptionist with the issue. It’s my car? Tell me the what the issue is first. They go that they need to book it in for a further check in for few hours for £60 diagnostic. To me that just sounded off. Long story short the next day I went to another garage they told me straight away and fixed the issue for 1/4 of the price within 45 mins. Not great. Just seems they wanted to make the most out of a situation.

   They are well aware of vehicle repairs , and they were able to successfully manage my expectations and carry me along with what they are doing and why they have do do what they are doing. Ideal if you want a straight forward stress free encounter in fixing your car. I would use them again and again.

   Wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else after finding these guys. My last visit to Mr clutch was after a trip to the main dealer, who couldn’t diagnose my fault, Ayaz at Mr Clutch got to the problem immediately and diagnosed and repaired it saving me £££. Knowledgeable mechanics who know what they’re doing. Honest and trustworthy. From big jobs to minor fixes they get me and my family’s cars back on the road quickly. Recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and cost effective garage in East London. Good communication and always keep me in the loop with status of repairs, I’ve never had to chase in the several occasions I’ve used them before.

   Had my turbo go on my car a few months back this garage done an alright job fixing it for me at a reasonable price great customer service so I went back Soon after for my radiator fan also done a great job and quick service. Now my clutch has gave way they was helpful it getting the job done ASAP. Thanks lads! Will always use this garage.

   Agreed over the phone for a time chain for £280 when the car got to the garage the price became £480 and i had to hassle to get it down to £320 ,car was still not fixed upon taking it to another garage i found out no oil change had been performed or an oil filter plus the cam shaft cover had been cracked and sealant used to keep it in place ,would never recommend this garage ,i will also be seeking legal advice o take this company to court
