They are all efficient and knowledgeable in their profession. They always manage to get my car fitted in as I work shifts and they are very accommodating.    First Auto Centre are highly professional and honest. I have taken numerous cars over the years for mechanical repairs and modifications. They have never let me down. From MOT tests to servicing, they always deal with me in a positive manner. Their knowledge on cars is amazing and since i have driven a few german cars, from my E60 to my A8 Quattro D3 to my VW Golf MK4 to my beloved Octavia VRS have all been looked after by these guys. I have a huge amount of respect as they treat my car like their own car. They take pride and care in the work they deliver. It has been difficult to find a garage that you can trust. I want to thank them for the time, effort, professionalism and integrity they have displayed. Highly recommend!!

   Brought a salvage car from auction that needed lot of repairs. Got a quote from other garages and wanted a second quote so my friend recommended me this garage. First auto quoted me half the labour price and no unnecessary parts that needed replacing like other garages. Always kept me up to date with the progress. Excellent communication. Finally found a honest garage I can rely on. Now I always come here for my MOT and yearly service. Quick and efficient service. Ideal for me as I don’t have much spare time.

   Engine mount on my car broke and after searching all day First Auto was recommended at 2pm on tte 30th December! Hobbled there and Amaan and his team were brilliant. I was stressed out and they reassured me. I was out of the workshop within 2 hours, for something that I was being told could only get done way into the new year! THANK YOU Amaan.    My experience started off positively. I called and spoke with Umar to explain the issue with my car, he suggested I take the car along for him to have a look at. He quickly identified the issue and explain he would need to order a part, suggesting he try a breakers yard then perhaps ebay and would send me some quotes. I am still waiting. I called twice and spoke to his colleague who stated that they had taken down my number incorrectly,, I provided the correct number.... Still nothing. Very bad service considering how urgent and simple the job will have been to complete. Huge disappointment.
