   A really good experience from start to finish.When booking I explained I needed the car for use over the weekend for respite services. Automech provided a car for me to use and therefore no children activities were cancelled. So grateful !! Thank you Automech Abbeywood also for keeping me updated on the progress of my car.

   A knight in shining armour from automech just saved me - I broke down outside abbeywood station and my battery had died - after calling around the local garages after 5pm in the dark a lovely lady on the phone informed me someone was on their way to me with a power pack to get me going again - I was so grateful and they were so helpful and didn’t want any payment - they were amazing and I cannot thank them enough !!

   As a family we have been using Automech for over 20 years and the service is amazing. A couple of weeks ago my fan belt went and I had the car towed there out of hours. Problem fixed in a couple of days, brilliant. Today out of the blue a warning light came on and despite the team being ultra busy they told me to bring the car in for a check, as a long standing customer they really wanted to help. Couldn’t find anything so topped up all fluids and wouldn’t charge us. I would highly recommend Automech and value their professionalism and integrity.

   This review is long overdue! The team at Automech demonstrate how local businesses are SO important to the local communities they serve but also how a touch of added customer service goes a LONG way for customers. I've been going to this place on-and-off since 2015 and I've always received excellent service and quality workmanship. They've helped me source old-fashioned tyres, fixed headlights for European travel as well as MOTs on old cars, there's nothing they're not open to helping you and your car with. This is very much a trusted and quality garage so if the location suits your postcode, I suggest you look no further! Whenever In the area and in need of their services, I'll certainly be returning, again!
