   Female receptionist is extremely rude, has got to be a family member to keep her job as must lose them so much business. Even if she bothered to send me the quote (which she didnt) I wouldn't use this company. Shame as mechanics might be alright.

   Never had a bad experience in seven years of using Hamilton Motors. Would highly recommend. I’ve sent a few different cars to Hamilton for regular servicing and MOTs. I’ve always had a wheelchair accessible vehicle which they have taken care of, and given me great advice about. This is a decent, local firm who care about their workmanship and their customers. A rare find these days to be able to speak to the owner who still does the work, and is very knowledgeable. Keen to help find reasonably priced parts rather than rip you off. And right by the station so you can drop your keys and car off on the way to work really conveniently!

   I’ve used Hamilton a couple times for MOTs, mainly because of the convenience of it being so close to the station and commuting to work. But the last few times I’ve tried to book in, they never answer the phone! I’ve called multiple times on different days of the week at different times of the day with no answer and also left voicemails and never got a call back. It’s really frustrating trying to get your car booked in and you have to waste so much time trying to constantly call. Not even sure how they get any business.

   Took the car in for the service and asked to check the AC as not working, was informed gas needed to be refilled, agreed on that and paid for it. Tested the car 2 weeks later, AC not working. Took the car back in for the MOT, asked again to check the AC as not working and informed by an other staff member that gas needed to be refilled. I told him it was done 2 weeks before and he didn't know what to say after checking the paperwork and confirming that job was already "done". At that point I just got back the car and left. Wasted money, never again

   Called them this morning as I forgot my MOT was expiring today. They were able to fit me in in the afternoon - after calling about 10 other garages who’s waiting time was nearly 2 weeks. Excellent and quick service, very reasonably priced and will definitely use again!

   The staff are very rude and sometimes make up lies. They charged me £169 for just changing my battery and inflating my tyres. I questioned my bill they went mad and started abusing me. Last time I had my mot done here he said my car was rotten. I have been driving my Mercedes sport for the last four years without any problems. I believe they are gypsies steal cars and car parts.

   I've been using Hamilton Motors for MOT and servicing over the last 10 years and have always been impressed with their service and value for money. They've made some really good improvements in the last few years with the new office space and website and it's lead to a more professional service. I always recommend them to others. Keep up the great work.

   They are extremely helpful,, professional and provide an excellent service. The owner of the garage leads by example showing empathy and going an extra mile to help. I desperately needed MOT but arrived when he had closed his garage. He reopened it to do MOT just to ensure that I am "not in trouble with the law.
