   This MOT centre was owned by a very genuine and honest man Barry (for those who know him). Being a female car owner you need someone like Barry you can trust and rewards your loyalty for over 6 years . Be warned. The new owners are nothing like Barry. Be warned ladies and gents. I personally will never be going back there again !

   Found and fixed a leak in my cooling system. Also discovered that my oil level was too high, which along with the coolant leak, had set off an engine warning light and produced two obd2 warning codes, that have now been resolved. Very happy with the great service provided.

   Had my BMW X5 checked over as BMW Harold Hill couldn't find the fault of a slight oil leak. When my vehicle started not charging I brought it to Romford Motoring Centre. The technicians found out that the oil leak was being caused by the timing chain cover gasket was faulty. The oil was dripping on the alternator and causing the vehicle to power down. The work was done within 2 days and I have had no oil leaks or flat batteries since then. Barry kept me informed throughout the 2 days. Very impressed with their level of expertise and have booked the car in for a service.

   Review 2 August 2022 Just want to say yet again how impressed I am with Romford MOT Centre, Barry has personally taken interest in the back door lock problems of my beloved camper van and some other technical stuff including electric windows switch replacement. He is patient and informative. After ordering new parts from Fiat he and his team have made my barn doors safe and useable again as well as my window switches. Nothing has been too much trouble for him, they even spent time putting the doors back safely so I could go on holiday before I returned when the new locks came in from Italy. They could not do enough for me, and unlike other garages, he showed me everything that had been done. I know I can return anytime and it's under warrantee. Such a good price too. I'm just so grateful to the team. Thanks Barry! Review 1 (2021) Really impressed with the guys here. After a problem with odometer flashing mileage on my camper van when changed the battery, I called them randomly to see if they could help as no other garage could. They told me to pop in anytime. I did so and for £30.00 they sorted it and updated software. Bearing in mind I was given quotes between £300 and £800 to fix from other garages. They were helpful and friendly. Would definitely go again.

   Would have given negative if there were an option!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs. Our cars were made fail the MOTs on purpose identifying and creating faults that didn’t even exist. We know ours cars were okay as it passed the test the very next hour when we toot it to other Garage. We ended up paying the double plus the damage cost to the car. Horrible place.

   Barry is a genius at the RMC Centre. Has the patience and listening ears. Excellent Mecanics, mechanical and electric works and services top notch. They will always take your car back to refit if there should be the case at no charge. Highly recommended

   Pretty happy with the service provided when recently using this MOT centre. I made sure to call the centre in advance to get my vehicle booked in for a particular day and time. When arriving at the centre I was told by the staff that they do not have a booking system, they operate on a walk in service. They still managed to see to my vehicle, regardless of the mix up. If this was explained to me on the phone and they had not given me a specific time slot and took my contact details, I would have probably used another garage. Only because I would have preferred to make an appointment. But as I said it was not a problem to them. I handed over the keys and got the car back within two hours. I thought this was a bit of a lengthy time to wait for the mot to be done. However living locally meant I was able to wait at home. All the staff were very polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. So yes, a very positive experience. I would use the centre again in the future.
