The best MOT service centre I’ve ever had in Dagenham. A1 Auto centre I’ve been bringing my car to A1 Auto Centre for MOT for 8-10 years now, with different Cars and I’ve never once had a bad experience. Their MOT work is incredibly accurate – they spot every little thing that needs attention without being overzealous, and their checks are always thorough and up to standard. They’re so reliable too – I can book online in minutes, or walking in ,they always stick to the agreed time, and my car is ready when they say it will be. But what makes me keep coming back is their honesty: they’ve never tried to fabricate issues to fail my MOT, and they always explain exactly what’s needed (and why) in a way that’s easy to understand. The work itself is consistently perfect – I’ve never had a retest or a problem after leaving the garage. To top it all off, the staff are so friendly – they’re polite, approachable, and always happy to talk things through with you without making you feel like you don’t know what you’re talking about. If you want peace of mind for your MOT, this is the only place to go!

Absolutely amazing service every single time. The guys in there are so knowledgeable friendly and down to earth. As a woman going to the garage can be quite a daunting experience but never feel that way here they are so friendly and warm and the prices are great. Cannot recommend enough

I have used A1 for several years. They have always been an A1 team. Very professional, honest and friendly. I was running late to pick up my car due to traffic, they waited until I came. You can’t get better service than that and the price they charge is very reasonable. I would and have recommend them to my family and friends. Keep going A1, you all are doing a smashing job!

Excellent company. Rang them at 7:30am and they fitted my car in for brakes and service within the hour. Very friendly and helpful staff that keeps you updated on all progress. Brilliant value for money. Have recommended to friends and family and will continue going there.
