   Brilliant service and experience with Car Doctors. Had my car MOT'd and serviced as well as brake replacement, a wheel bearing changed, tyre fitting and wheel alignment. My car was well looked after and the problems and work that was carried out was well explained. After frustrating experiences with other garages, it was refreshing to take my car to a garage who communicate well and don't take shortcuts. They give your car proper attention. I'd highly recommend Car Doctors.

The receptionist and team was friendly, explained what needed to be done without any pressure, and got the work done quicker than I expected.    DONT BE another VICTIM.of this companys BAD PRACTISES. THIS COMANY is THE BEST OF THE WORST. AN OIL LEAK THAT WAS WORSE AFTER THIS GARAGE SAID THEY HAD REPLACED MY OIL FILTER HOUSING GASGET. i WAS TOLD THAT A NEW GASGET HAD BEEN FITTED. & THAT THEY HAD COLLECTED THE PART FROM BMW MAIN DEALER .did nothing but bodge a up repair causing more damage MANY MORE LIKE ME WHO HAVE BEEN VICTIMS OF THIS COMPANYS BAD PRACTICES. KARMA COMES TO EVEYONE EVENTUALLY you cant get away with screwing people over your whole life, I dont care who you are. YOU ARE AN EMBARASMENT TO THE CAR REPAIR INDUSTRY. the response to my cowboy repair by the owner Bmw oil filter housing gasket Replaced with original parts.

   I have used them previously and today was going to book for something else rang twice and answered with some man screaming down the phone “you have been cancelled once so why keep ringing maybe his eating something and you keep ringing it doesn’t look nice” isn’t this a business and are they suppose to not have customer service skills. I am so shocked to hear all that he just kept screaming without even hearing me say hello

   Hard-working people who provide quality service. I see that a lot of people have left very negative reviews, but the majority of these reviews are from accounts which have less than 5 total reviews. Don't get me wrong, the owner doesn't take any nonsense from entitled people, but I have never had an issue with him or the quality of the work. Always take my vehicles here because he offers competitive prices by using used parts. Many years and no mechanical faults with any work done by this garage.
