   Booked car in for a check up as stated on website, providing number plate and info. First appt cancelled last minute because technician wasn’t in, rebooked, got to garage and was told they don’t do checks on automatic. Took 2 days off work to get the car checked and couldn’t believe this, as they had my number plate and info to see it was automatic before. Messed around completely.

   Very pleased with the experience. Normally I take my car to the Sevenoaks council for an MOT and am hesitant, from bad experience, at other garages. Halfords customer service was excellent, very friendly and a quick turnaround. Had an MOT and a service. They explained some areas to be aware of but didnt pressure me into any unnecessary work. I will definitely use them again in future. Thank you.
