   Used to be good, myself and family have been a loyal customer for years. New owner has recently bought the business which might explain the bad experience. I booked my MOT here with over a month notice and took the day off work to do it, dropped it off early morning to find out that the MOT tester doesn’t work on Mondays. No proper apology, no attempt to make it up to me. Not even a phone call afterwards from the person who made the mistake to apologise. Obviously I have taken my car elsewhere now and won’t be going back

   My car broke down and the AA man (he took under 2 mins to diagnose the fault) suggested he could tow the car to the white post garage. After a week of trying to ascertain the fault , they too concluded what the AA chap had said. “We actually can’t repair the car, we have to send the ECU away to a specialist company” we also have specialist thieves who have stolen your number plates. Expect a call from the police”. So now my car has a police marker on it so I will get stopped every time I pass a police car. Back to the repair. 3 more weeks elapsed and the cost of repair kept going up. Finally I collected my car. Once I got home I was comforted to realise the white post garage really do encompass all aspects of crime. My aftershave was stolen as was my spare wheel which I realised had disappeared a few days later. Please do not use the white post garage as they are the equivalent of the automotive seven circles of hell.

   Excellent customer service. Vincent (the owner) really genuine, spent time with me showing and test driving the car. I even got picked up and dropped off to the station.....just amazing! Thank you, highly recommend.

   I've been taking my car here for years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Frank can't do enough for his customers, and the team are an absolutely lovely, friendly, hard working bunch. They are extremely trustworthy and never take the mick. A really fab local garage.

   I am very happy to have found this garage and I would never consider taking a car anywhere else now. The staff are always friendly and professional and my car has had no major problems since it has been serviced here. They get it through the MOT year after year and I am usually presently surprised by the size of the bill. So I am paying less now than I used to and the car is running better and more reliably than before. Service is quick and friendly too so I really can't fault this place.
