   This wasn’t my son’s first visit to this salon, but it will definitely be the last. Each time we’ve come, a different stylist has cut his hair, this time was no different. My son had a mullet that simply needed a bit of maintenance. I showed a clear reference photo and gave specific instructions: do not cut the back. He had beautiful curls we wanted to keep. But in the blink of an eye, while I looked away for just a moment, the stylist cut everything off. No regard for the photo, no respect for my instructions. I was shocked and deeply disappointed. I told the stylist it was far too short and that my son was unhappy. When he asked if it was okay, I said “fine”—because what else can you say when the damage is already done? You can’t stick the hair back on. We won’t be returning.
