   You state in further responses that you have added additional training to your barbers however, the exact same happened to my son today. He told the barber what he has and the barber done the complete opposite and said this looks better. His hair looks awful and he goes on holiday today. Ruined a 13 year olds hair never will I return. In response to your self firstly checking your camera wouldn’t determine which client I am talking about, secondly your opinion on a hair cut and the opinion of the paying customer are completely different he didn’t request what he was given. Also he doesn’t have very long hair. As a qualified hairdresser any stylist shouldn’t be cutting anyone’s hair if they think cutting long hair is difficult. Also your response is highly unprofessional and I don’t think you should be in the business if you can’t take criticism

   Definitely one of the worst barber shops. I showed a picture of how I wanted it and the guy did a completely different one. The guy just cut all my hair using clippers, he barely used any scissors. The sides are disproportionate, other than that he cut my hair in 10 minutes.

   The haircut i have requested they have not given it to me, he cut the sides as i wanted but the top i asked for a trim and he cut almost all of the hair that i grew and it takes a lot of time to grow my hair. My mom explained the back was uneven and he got mad at her. Every year they increase the price but most barbers arent professionaly trained, Not coming here anymore.
