   The guy turned up nearly 5 hours late weren't here 5 minutes quoted a high price then failed to answer any calls after hasn't given me a proper Diagnostics report so have to get someone else out and pay for Diagnostics again

   Generally speaking I do not leave reviews- however I had to make an exception due to the fantastic service I have received from Lio, from start to finish his communication and professionalism has been faultless. My clutch unexpectedly packed up and I contacted Lio who gave me a instant quote for parts, labour and collection (saving me almost £500 off of a quote I had received from a garage elsewhere), he arranged for the car to be collected the same day from near Cambridge to Dagenham, he ordered the parts on my behalf and carried out the work promptly and kept me updated every step of the way. I sincerely could not recommend him more, Grade A service and I look forward to doing further business with him again in the future :D
