I have very bad experience with them I sent my car to check inches they teke my time and they changed the price day to day If you want to lose your money and your time go to A2B . I sent lots of clients to him and all of them are unhappy with them

Avoid them ..! Totally dodgy, dishonest and giving ghost estimates to the customers even though fault not exist.! My brother went for coolant leak and charges £120 only for diagnostic.! They said problem with intake manifold, feed line pipess and coolant returns etc and estimated cost around £1700 , however I went to another garage for 2nd opinion they said no issues with intake manifold if there is no engine management lights on dashboard .! Coolant leaks due to damaged coolant return pipe and it’s very common but they have shown higher courts to my brother. Finally the issue has been resolved by £200 quids instead of £1700.! Can anyone imagine what this Garage is actually doing with customers in Rainham though they are so busy with lots of young mechanics.! They just wasted time and increased cost of repairs by charging for nonsense checks. On another occasion In last April.25 went to change the brake pad , their customer assistant indirectly forced me to buy the parts through them otherwise they can’t take risk of damage of part if we provide them .! I left the place immediately when I felt to be on trap. It was totally disappointing experience so far. So I think they may good in doing MOT and basic servicing but not recommended for any major repairs. !!

Absolutely brilliant garage, a diamond in a sea of cowboys. I'm a mechanic and an RAC patrol so I encounter many garages on a daily basis, yet this is one of the very few garages I can trust to touch my own car, whether it be an MOT or to help me out on jobs too big to do at the roadside. Highly recommended!
BMW 4 Series | Got my rear brake pads replaced here- the guys were great and got everything done smoothly. Brakes feel fine and they reset the system so no more warning light!
Booked for spark plugs and coil pack change. They fitted used coil pack without telling me and charged for new one and also they scratched my car without telling me. I went back and they done the scratch. In my experience check everything while you are there. Overall they tried to be nice.
Highly recommended . Great customer service. They quoted a great price for the respray. They kept me informed throughout the process. They did take their time (2 weeks). However, you should never rush a paint job. Before I left, they when around the campervan with me to make sure that I was happy with their work. There was a lot of bodywork (dents) to be corrected and the work was perfect. I will be straight back to them if I ever need any more work done.
