   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience from start to finish. Communication was clear and professional throughout and all my questions were answered promptly. The vehicle was clean, well presented, and drove perfectly. Arv clearly knows his cars and made the whole process smooth and reassuring. Buying a car can be stressful but this was anything but. I would not hesitate to return in the future or recommend Rainham Motors to friends and family.

   !Attention buyers please read! Bought a 2014 Ford Zitec from Arv. Drove it for a week and discovered a faulty gearbox, it had a previous bump and the front tread was covered up and not fitted properly. Colouring was bad and had discolour patches. Arv the dealer was a nice guy, made an effort to come deliver the car and also pick up the car. Arv made a deal with us to cover some costs with warranty, and then when we requested a refund he charged us for those costs in the deal with us buying the car. £500 LOST. If you are purchasing a car from this dealership please please inspect it properly as the car company in partnership with Arv was at fault for misleading and holding back information. Trying to cover things up. Although i don't really trust Arv and his nice guy character as he is different on the phone. Im not sure what they know and what they are thinking but we have also seen non disclosed bumps and faults with their other cars online. If you are a 1st time buyer please read this and don't be taken advantage of like I was. I have learnt a lesson and i hope this helps other buyers.

   I couldn’t recommend Rainham Motors enough. Arv went above and beyond, was so helpful from start to finish, even working to the tight deadline we gave him — and he still managed to deliver an efficient, professional and personable service. He personally delivered the car off to us, and we finally got our Suzuki Jimny! We’re absolutely in love with it, especially all the extra features Arv sourced and fitted for us. I wanted a LandCruiser from Japan as they do not make the particular model in Europe and Arv was so helpful taking me through the process of looking for the car, buying it at auction and then importing it. Even when we arrived late, he was still kind to us and offered us premium quality service. He is a man of his word who can be trusted to honour what he says.    Really great experience, bought a car from Rainham motors. We are very happy we bought from a genuine dealer that helped us select the right options and car and at no point pushed us into a sale. We got a great deal with 6 months warranty and loved the customer service from start to finish. Will 100% be going back to buy more vehicles in the future from Rainham motors.
