I have been a customer of Becontree MOT & service centre for around 8 years, along with my husband, daughter and son, and we have always received excellent service. Most recently, my husband and I took our electric car in for its MOT and servicing. Over the phone we were quoted between £360–£380 for the service alone, as they had initially thought it was a hybrid vehicle. When I brought the car in, they reassessed and only charged me £80 instead. I am truly grateful for their honesty and fairness – it is rare to find a garage that is so straightforward and trustworthy. Over the years, they have also carried out small jobs free of charge, such as pumping tyres or giving the car a quick check, which is always appreciated. Had MOT test here received excellent & quick service and Reception waiting area is very nice and relaxing have nice fish tank and air condition. Very good prices they not try to extort you 10/10 service would recommend and they are friendly guys.
Went in to gets heaslights adjusted.. £10-15 per light adjustment if required. One of the guy was nice enough to put my vehicle on his rig to find out if it required adjusting. One light required adjusting but adjusting screw is faulty. The guy recommended getting a used light fitting (I have a old car) and didn't even charge for the nuisance I caused as it was checked in few minutes Excellent service... Will go again when required.
