   I had 4 premium new tyres fitted at a great price. I viewed the work in progress and the fitters were thorough. I’ve just driven 100 miles and no issues. On the day, plan to stay with the car and not drop it off and leave it as capacity is limited but there is a waiting room with WiFi that you can work from.

   First I booked to Enfield store for MoT & tyre change, i went there to chat but I didn't feel good. And later then i checked the Barking store reviews I cancelled asap and today done everything. So first of all they have a nice viewing & sitting arrangement on top. The manager there behaviour was very nice also the mechanic very friendly. Off course in future i will book everything i need. My Mercedes ML was in need of attention, and they not only fixed the issue perfectly but also took the time to explain everything clearly and offer valuable advice for future care. Their professionalism, honesty, and genuine willingness to help made the whole experience exceptional. It’s rare to find a team so friendly, supportive, and dedicated to doing the job right.    I’ve had my car for over a year and this is the best it has ever driven, I was shocked by how smooth the car was driving. Initially I only needed my brake pads and discs replaced but they done a bit more work on my car and now I can finally begin to enjoy driving again. Had to call back to say thank you and will definitely be using their services again!

   Unfortunately it was the worst ever experience I had for an MOT , they don't care about your car at all , the inspector get in the car with his dirty clothes without putting a paper on the mats and the seats , the costumers waiting room was an absolute mess bin bags everywhere and receipts with costumers addresses in open view (huge breach of data protection). Absolutely disappointed.

   Took my car over after hearing a small knock when turning left (only after steering right) Wasn't sure if it was anything serious. The team at the front desk were nice, explained they'll check the car over, and will contact me once all diagnostics were complete. Got a call a few hours later saying all good and that nothing was found. That the knock is a common issue amongst the 67 plate Nissan Qashqai.

   I arrived today to have a mot on a friend's car done. They have a reception area which is manned by a member of staff, whose name is Hitashal, and although she is a new member of staff, her enthusiasm shows through and I think she is going to be an excellent member of staff for Halfords which in turn will be very good for customers coming here. I also found out that they are very open to giving first employment to new workers, which is always welcoming for the local area. I have to say that the staff were very welcoming and the centre manager Bhart explained what was going to happen, he was very informed on all aspects of the centre and the information that he gave was excellent. His explanation on the loyalty / membership was again excellent and he explained all the benefits of joining and becoming a premium member. They have an excellent waiting room, which is located upstairs which as plenty of seating, they have a drinks machine in the main reception area. Upstairs in the main waiting area they have a large window so you can see the mot / servicing area, which is excellent and shows that they are very open with the work they do. All in all a very pleasant experience and I will be bring my car into having a service here, they also do air conditioning refills full service etc. I would highly recommend coming to Halford if you need an mot / service.
