   Updating with yet another superb experience of exemplary service from Gidea Motors....my 17yr old Audi Cabriolet wouldn't start and had to be towed by the AA to Gidea Motors...who immediately got the car on a ramp and over the weekend diagnosed and fitted a new starter motor... incredibly speedy and convenient service. Exceptionally customer friendly, great communication and will go that extra mile. Took my Dad's car to have a steering issue sorted after Gidea Park motors (not the same place) had the car for three days and done nothing to resolve the flagged as priority steering issue. We just drove the car to Gidea motors and it was immediately given a test drive and ramp inspection to verify the problem. Booked in for later that same week and the challenging and complex issue was resolved the same day.

   I am not going anywhere else, needed new tensioner and belt on Mercedes 06 A garage which I won’t name said £500 Ridiculous, phoned another garage £300 This garage £198 + vat They said they’ll do the work tomorrow, they did it, and I opened bonet. Proper job they’ve done. Just for peace of mind 1 year warranty too. This garage doesn’t rip you off and doesn’t cut corners. I will be recommending this garage to other friends and family and whoever is untrustworthy of garages, I’ll get them to come here.

   I’ve been using John for a couple of years now and couldn’t recommend him or his business enough! I went to John for a second opinion when another garage said I needed a full gear box change costing over £1500! John kindly took my van in and I left it with him and within a few hours he called said it was all sorted… he found a stone in my suspension and he didn’t even charge me for removing it although it was his time and effort that went into fault finding it! Since John and his team have carried out all my servicing, m.o.t’s, general repairs like tyre changes and filling up oil, brake pad changes to an emissions fault which he repaired for me this week! Honestly what a great guy, won’t be looking to go else where, thanks John and his great team. I appreciate all your hard work and tolerating my 50 calls a day haha!

   Brilliant cannot recommend enough Visited on the off chance as my drivers door handle had come off and needed it repaired urgently. Was booked in and repair only took few hours. So costs were unexpectedly lower than I was expecting so that was a bonus. I will definitely be using this company again for all my repairs, services and tyres
