   Book my car in for the 6th of December for a mot got there at 9am as they said bring it down when they open which was fine as I had plans for the rest of the day . Got there at 9am waited till 9.30 and it was closed . Called up to find out what happened the man on the phone said we didnt open to 10am that day because they had a event the night before. I said I wasn't told that no apologiy nothing just said do you want to rebook. Not a good way to run a business

   Took car here after it had failed MOT at garage nearby that gave a extremely long wait time for the repairs. They managed to fix it that same day and for a lot less! Great service.

   Really poor customer communication. Admittedly my Dad had merely booked a 'full service', when what we most urgently needed was a steering issue investigated and resolved. Nevertheless, I clarified that as being the highest priority when delivering the car (and saw the notes to that effect being written), yet three days later, after repeated calls for an update, all they managed to achieve was to say that the trackrods were seized and therefore unable to adjust. At the very least I would expect them to say rebook it for the priority issue to be addressed...rather than keep the car for three days before even looking at the priority issue.

   Had my car MOT’d. As part of works requires they remove a rear light. Didn’t fit it back in properly. Water got in the boot. I took the car back. The rather miserable employee pointed out my lights were replicas and don’t fit properly. Well they fitted in perfectly the first time. I wound up taking it to another garage I know who put them back in for £20. I’ve not been back here since!

   Dropped my focus off for MOT They said come early as screen washer was frozen , left it their from 1.00 till 2.20 as mot wasn't till 2.15 All went smoothly passed no advisory Very happy overall as it's difficult to get a weekend Saturday booking for mot in December

   Shocking level of service when looking to purchase a car called once to confirm car was there to view and it was and called half hour early before close but the guy was finishing early as he had to be somewhere that night but said we could see the car in the lot. Decided to go another day, called again and went earlier when we parked in the lot the guy told us to back out cause he was closing early again hours before closing time listed. Then asked to see the car, and was appalled at the inside. It literally had webs in the car in the gear stick etc, asked about valeting the car and he said it would be done but would take time. Was definitely a no go from me based on service alone. Not sure how their repairs and mot service is but I think they focus more on this side of the business, definitely needs more staff.
