I have been using Mastertec for a couple of years now after a recommendation from a friend. Their knowledge is top notch, they are totally genuine and they are far superior to any main dealer I have ever dealt with. To provide an example I had an issue with my battery this morning and after phoning them for some initial advice a new battery was ordered on the basis that it would be there to be fitted if required. The battery was fitted and I was on my way. No hassle and it was dealt with the same day. I cannot praise this garage enough and would highly recommend them.
Recently had a mot done on my vehicle, failed it on one item which i queried i then took it to another garage and passed with flying colours, seems a bit suspicious.
Where do I start with this business? Michael and his team are a first class operation. Nothing is too much trouble. I have used them on multiple occasions and every single time I am met with a professional and friendly attitude and top notch expertise. It is hard to find trustworthy people to operate on your car, house etc, but I would thoroughly recommend Mastertec if you are able to. I wish I could give 6 stars, thanks Michael and the gang!!
I have used them for 10 years they've been the most sensible and reliable garage I've used. Patient and straight talking when explaining the problem. Mark and Michael run a very tidy ship and the standard of work is always first class.
