Replaced my rear shock absorbers on my s3, miscommunicated the quote when it came to payment so they took the labour out and just charged for the part, extremely fair from their end and would highly recommend to anyone who needs work done, very nice team! I will be back in the future!
Really decent people here and I would 100% recommend them. I took my car in to them for a GPF clean and mentioned oil issues too. They could have easily taken the money and carried out the GPF work, but they were upfront about the underlying issues causing the blocked GPF and recommended not going ahead. They carried out the diagnostic and last minute MOT at a very low price. If you want a friendly, honest and experienced group of people, I would definitely recommend them.

My car had been in another garage for 6 months, collected it,broke down and gave it to Graham and Stuart at GS. In 3 weeks they diagnosed and fixed it and back on the road. Wish I'd have gone to them first. Thanks so much guys.
They ran a diagnostic check charged me silly sheap mony and identified my problem and gave me the list of the the parts needed but the job would take too long fir them to take on board. Lookers in Chelmsford want £185 to do a 10 minute diagnostic check and refused to take my word for what was wrong with car just want to rip me at £165 per hour labour only to try and rip me off but had no idea what I was talking about and said no one in their workshop had ever heard of the part and or could not even trace it, so they then asked me to give them the part numbers, and guess what...yup grossly incompetent, not in the mood for a second mortgage to pay lookers to waste hours faking other problems. So my local repair garage said bring the car in every month and we will run a diagnostic check to make sure everything was in order without blowing over 1500 quid fir what is essentially a tiny repair...kit 89 quid.
Exceptional service. Booked in for 4 tyres online. Within 24hours got a slot and fitted promptly. Nice to use a garage that takes care of your car, especially on low profile tyres. Great service and price!
