   Had a new clutch and flywheel fitted to my vauxhall vivaro , collected my van and by the time I got to Enfield from garage my wheel was nearly falling off and abs lights on dash , they forgot to do the shaft end nut up at wheel , I had to call another mobile mechanic to come and fix the van as it couldn't be driven , it cost me £620 to have fixed so I could drive to work , nkc motors admitted liability and only put £250 on my account and I am going through the motor ombudsman and small claims courts to get my money back , the garage never gave me a receipt for the £1350 I paid for the work either , steer clear 100% , all my reviews are honest , have a look .

   ⚠️ EXTREMELY SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERN – BEWARE ⚠️ ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️D.R CHARLICK ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ This MOT garage appears to be conspiring with Access Car & Commercials Limited to fraudulently pass MOT tests on dangerously unroadworthy vans, allowing the dealer to sell them for profit. This is not just unethical—it is a major public safety risk. The level of negligence is beyond alarming. The van I purchased had supposedly undergone a service & MOT on the same day I collected it, yet the mileage records did not add up, I collected the van 0.1 mile after it had been serviced, and that was 1 mile after it had been MOT, but had a list of issues below. Upon further inspection, the van was found to have multiple critical safety failures, including: ❌ Both wing mirrors damaged ❌ A severe 11mm windscreen chip ( DRIVER SIDE ) ❌ A missing brake pad ❌ Four dangerously damaged brake discs ❌ Disconnected brake pad sensors ❌ Three severely worn brake pads ❌ A broken leaf suspension ❌ No working brake lights ❌ No working indicators ❌ No front right headlight & 3 illegal wheels, with visible chunks missing out of the rim. And the list goes on… This matter is now under DVSA investigation and police review, and I urge anyone considering using this MOT garage or purchasing from Access Car & Commercials Limited to think twice. Thanks to this MOT garage, I was led into thinking the van I was purchasing was fit for the road. But instead I am £3,450 and counting out of pocket for a list of repairs I have had to take out to get this van road legal again. I tried to raise a complaint with this company and follow what DVSA had advised, but 7 days has passed with no reply.

   After trying a handful of garages, I came to NKC to remove my tyres (as another garage had damaged my locking wheel nut and couldn’t remove them!). Dealt with Dave and he was really helpful and got them off. Couldn’t be happier. Really good service. Thanks again.

   Have used NKC quite a few times now for different things and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else! Always friendly, helpful and reliable. My blower motor just went in my car in December and with a baby due in a matter of weeks and Xmas coming up I didn’t think I’d get it done this side of Xmas. Dave fitted me in quick for a 13 hour job despite being busy and kept me updated the whole way through. Car was in and out within a couple of days from me calling him and I now have a warm car at a very reasonable price! Thanks NKC!
