Visited P&M Auto, after being referred to them via a bodyshop for some welding work to be done. Pat and Lynn managed to get me squeezed in to their dairy in under a week, to help my with a failed MOT issue on my 4x4. Was in for half and day work done and a fair price and MOT passed fine. P&M Autos is a fantastic business and are always happy to help me with my car if they have the time. Pat and David are wonderful and always happy to explain what is wrong with my car, and Lyn, Louise & Georgia are always polite and happy to help where they can on reception. Fantastic family run business and would highly recommend as prices are fair and not too steep.
Called this garage to enquire about my car, instead of calmly explaining that they were not able to help me as they are too busy. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude and impatient, my husband called again 2 days later and she had the same attitude with him and refused to repeat herself when she was talking at the volume of a mouse. Customer service goes a long way and we tried on two separate occasions but clearly this wasn’t just someone having a bad day at work!
Fantastic service. Really lovely and very helpful. Extremely knowledgeable about my car and did a brilliant job. Price was quite reasonable aswell given the job...replace wet belt in Ford focus. All parts from Ford. Pat takes great pride in his work and insists it's all done properly. Finally found a garage I can totally trust and rely on.

I have never taken my cars anywhere else in nearly 20 years of driving. Pat has never tried to claim any work needs doing to my car that doesn't need to be done, but equally he will never let me drive my car anywhere if it is dangerous to be on the road. Even when living in Wales I would still bring my cars back to Pat for MOTs and servicing as I couldn't trust anyone else with my car.
