It looks like some of their staff don't want business. I have been coming here for 8 years of superb services. Had Mot booked for morning of 16.12.2025 and I got here at 8.50. I was turned away by the staff not seen before to say "too late for 8.40 ". I left the garage and won't be booking in the future.

I went for a Full Service and I had a concern about a strange noise in my car. At the end of service I had to ask what was the issue for such noise because they didn't mention It. It was told the noise was due to a part which they don't have. But if I buy It they can do the service. Very poor communication. It seems our concern is not their concern. I thought they would be more helpful. Very frustrating. Paid Β£181,20 and not the Β£162,66 priced online.

This is a great garage. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff who have helped me with the problem I was having with my car. Reasonably priced and far cheaper than going to the dealership.

Appalling and unprofessional! Booked our van in for a few minor things and was given a date and asked to bring the van in for 8am on the day. I asked if possible they could have the van ready for 1pm as we use it for our business, but understood if they couldnβt. By 3pm I hadnβt heard anything back so I called and was told that they hadnβt even looked at it yet! Why ask me to bring it in for 8am??!! No call to say they were running behind schedule! No apologies when I called to follow up nor when I called back to say I would take my van elsewhere. Quite rude in fact and I was just told, βweβre busy, mate!β Good for them, but clearly they have no respect or care for their customers as we will now lose another dayβs business having to take our van to a different garage. I guess we should have known when we saw the mess in the very disorganised forecourt and chaotic check in when we dropped the van off at 8am. We chose Paramount for convenience as we live just down the road, but lesson learnt. Luckily there are other more service minded and customer friendly garages in the local area. Disappointing!

The absolute best service I've ever received at any garage. The staff were great and went above and beyond to help. Especially given the quirks of my old car. I immediately recommended to all family and friends. They also have plenty of parking which is sometimes a worry at other places. I won't go anywhere else now. Update: Went back after recommending to a friend, had spectacular service once again. Can't fault them at all.

Amazing service! As a female it's good to know there are some honest and reputable mechanics out there who aren't patronising. Jim at Paramount is awesome. I took my husband's van for a general service and wanted a reverse camera fitted. What I got was a reverse camera which doubles up as a rear view mirror! A big bonus on a van! Wonderful service, over and beyond!

Left my car with them Monday morning 9 am. Waited all day and called 3 times at 6 pm evening but no response. Walked to the garage and saw gate still open shutter down, Steve and jimmy inside the office knocked on the shutter no response called the landline again but no response. So I came back thinking they were too busy today, good luck for tomorrow. Tuesday again no call back or any update about my car all day. Walked in to the garage at 4:45 pm. And found my car wasnβt βbooked inβ so they didnβt had a look at it yet. But Steve took all my details when I left my car and key with them. If they have changed their booking method they should tell me about it at some point. But they kept my car for two days for nothing. I found them irresponsible, unprofessional, unreliable. I went to that garage once before last year when they took 3 days to do only 2 hours job.
