   Really, unprofessional staff, people in the office don’t know what they are doing, one says one thing the other something else. Then they accuse the customers of lying. Not very nice. No communication and my guess is that lots of insurance companies get robed by this company, therefore I would not trust to leave my car with them. Wonder why change on name. Stay away!

   Absolutely shocked at how they’ve brought my van back. Logo completely wrong and then they had the cheek to PDI this. Worst case is that I even offered the vector files to them on how to do it correctly. Russell, the supposed manager called once to see what was up but no follow up to resolve the situation. Clearly a Monday-Friday outfit. I’m now left with a van that looks terrible and losing business. Apparently they’re recommended by Royal Sun Alliance and More Than. Avoid at all costs!! I’ll be bringing it up with my insurers on Monday.
