   Have been using Tidworth for 8+ years and would highly recommend them for servicing and repairs for Mercedes(they do other brands as well). Today I went in with break issues, they called within the hour to let me know what the problem was and said the part can be ordered and fitted/repaired today. Couple hours later got the call to say it’s ready. They use genuine Mercedes parts and the team are reliable and honest. From the professionalism they have demonstrated from Dawn, Scott and Steve, they take pride in their work

   Really wonderful family run business. The guys there seem to know a lot about cars and could identify the problem very quickly (something a different garage struggled with and made me change a completely different part that wasn't even the problem). Well priced for the excellent service they provide, definitely coming back here from now on!

   Unprofessional service they used to be okay but nowadays they have gone down the pan. Constantly have to call back in order to get an update on my car, I was charged to reseal two injectors , both at £100 each, only need to be told that both injectors now need to be replaced and they was going to charge £310 per injector just to be supplied! £620 For two injectors without fitting, I’ve managed to get Original Mercedes refurbished injectors from WT diesel online for only £90 per injector and had them fitted at beam mot , along with a crankshaft sensor (supplied and fitted by beam) for £270! So only cost me £450 for both injectors and a crankshaft sensor all in Ridiculous tbh as I shouldn’t have been charged £200 to re-seal injectors if they were faulty, as mechanics they are suppose to be professionals! Also on previous car they fitted a new door lock on a bmw 5 series , with this Particular type of car, the only physical lock that you could use to open the car when the battery dies is on the driver door, unfortunately my battery did die a couple of days after they fitted the new lock and they didn’t do it properly so my door would not open with the key I had to pay £100 to locksmith to wedge the door and pop the bonnet to put a jump pack on and when I explained it to the Garage, they didn’t want to do anything about it other than fix the lock properly which should have been done in the first place. Never going back here again

   Steve and his team have been looking after the maintenance of my car since 2009, I am well pleased with his excellent service. I would recommend this centre to all of my friends and will continue to use this centre. They are honest, helpful and reliable people. It is really important that the people read the genuine reviews from the customers.

   I called into Tidworth motors to ask advise about a problem with my Mercedes ML350 today. They were busy but still found time to help me. Steve knows his Mercs and the lady in the office checked out the parts I needed for me on her computer. They were helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely be taking my car to them in the future.

   Inexperienced, negligent and astoundingly unprofessional, cannot attend to your needs without feeling to have to overcharge for both minor and major repairs. The lack of respect and incompetence never failed to shock me. Would never recommend these dodgy dealers to anyone as they lack knowledge and sufficeuncy in both valuing their customers as well as providing a proper service to the public , if you need your car fixed without having to feel like you have been robbed broad daylight for your money or not being satisfied with Tidworth motors job, go to the main dealers where you can feel safe and secure with both your vehicle and your money. Never come here!
