   Unfortunately it's the worst garage I have ever experienced in the whole of UK. They take your money and don't fix the fault, they tell you a part is yet to be delivered when any Ford parts can easily supply the part. They rude and dishonest with no integrity.

   Avoid this garage at all costs. Left my car with them before new years and picked it up over one month later. They said oil pump and timing belt was replaced and because they kept my car for a long time they wont charge me. Which garage does that? The car sounded exactly the same as if nothing was done to it. I then took it to another garage where they told me that nothing has been replaced. Clearly when we asked for an invoice he hesitated and said he would email it. Still nothing? I chased them up everyday, they would tell me my car will be ready the next day. But when I called they would tell me theres another problem. I got my car back however, the car does not run as smooth as it did before. They have been constantly lying and giving false information about what the issue is with my car. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS.

   Been using Michael/Fred for over 12 years. Lovely honest people. Always fit us in when ever we need them. I never feel I’ve been over charged. So many services I’ve had and it’s been less than expected as they have been honest in what needed changing. Even given it a once over for me many times before travelling a distance as they know I have kids etc. I wouldn’t take our cars anywhere else. Had a family Mechanic for 15 years and even changed from Him. *****

   My family have been using them for a long time. Had to replace my exhaust they charged over the going rate but it works now however when asking for the invoice they said they will emails it to me. And on the invoice it was just a total cost no break down of the costs very unprofessional. And on a recent inquiry they quoted me way over the rate for my brakes to be replaced. I will not be using them again. Very disappointed.
