   I went to Elite Tires from Rainham Essex today to get my tires changed and the experience was excellent. The entire staff was very professional and Chris, the guy at the counter, was extremely friendly and attentive. The service was top notch and the customer service was impeccable. Everything was done quickly and efficiently and I left feeling extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for professionalism, promptness and quality. For me, they were exactly what I needed.

   I would like to leave positive feedback for two amazing lovely ladies in elite tyres, Rainham. Firstly, Katie was kind and compassionate and treats vulnerable customers with sincere empathy. Secondly, Megan has the beauty as well as the brains. Megan is clearly drop dead gorgeous and right up there alongside all the Supermodels of Essex. She also helped me to resolve a complex fault with my car and I needed to call upon her knowledge and expertise from having worked for a main agent for several years. I genuinely hope 'elite' as a company, will recognise and appreciate Megan's natural talents and to advance her career in management through formal qualifications and training. Her business acumen and proactive attitude is nice to see, for someone so young. Thanks to the Ladies at Elite.

   Excellent service and great prices! I recently visited Elite and was really impressed with the whole experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and clearly knew their stuff. They gave honest advice without any pressure and helped me choose the right tyres for my car. The fitting was done quickly and efficiently, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Prices were very competitive too. Would definitely recommend Elite Direct to anyone looking for anything car related – I’ll certainly be using them again!

   I cannot rate Elite Direct and their team highly enough after Mark and Chris gave valuable advice when my son, Nicky, had issues with the original wheels and and low profile tyres which suffered numerous damages due to potholes. On his suggestion that the wheels should be changed from 20" to 18" which would allow for more robust tyres, Mark sent numerous photos of all appropriate wheels (and there were a lot) and Nick liked the Fox wheels which Mark said were his favourite (and not as expensive as we originally thought) and these arrived at Elite in just a couple of days given that Nick needed them urgently to complete the job he had contracted to finish. Nick also went with Mark's recommendation of RoadX tyres which support extra load with an A rating in the wet. The overall cost of the wheels, tyres, fitting, balancing and VAT was kept within the budget and then Chris managed to accommodate Nick's request of arriving an hour earlier than originally booked and the Elite team completed the work ahead of schedule quickly and professionally. Mark and Chris were in continuous contact throughout the whole process from our original phone call to Elite to a courtesy message to us to confirm we were happy. Nick has reaffirmed this and said the wheels were also so much easier to clean so the right choice. Needless to say we have no hesitation in recommending Elite Direct in Rainham Essex and would certainly use them again.

   I had just bought a second hand car from a main dealers and was told that all of the car had been checked and the are no problems but they had to fit two new rear tyres because I had heard a noise from the back of they car when test driving the car. It turns out that the dealership had serviced the car from new and fitted new tyres before because of uneven wear on the rear of the vehicle so I decided to take it to Elite after a recommendation from a friend and the found that the tracking of the rear of the vehicle was set wrongly and the front was also out after they corrected adjustment the car drove so much better. My point being if a main dealership didn't spot the problem and Elite did then that must say that you need a specialist in that field to get things right! and Elite did that for me. So I'm very had with the outcome and I was kept informed of what they found before they went ahead with the work and the price it would cost.

   Stuck with a nail in my tyre, Elite was the only company that was able to see me instantly. Having used this business for 30 years, I have never had anything but great service from them. Richard was awesome in getting me booked in and Jamie was brilliant in advising me of the repair. Brilliant service.

   Perhaps a bit pricey on some things. Service is good value, especially compared to a main dealer. Booked in for a full service online and arrived to find their computers were down. Nonetheless they were able to start work almost immediately and also replaced the rear brake pads which also needed doing. All in all a 5 1/2 hour wait in their reception area which was freezing! With the computer system down it meant some inconvenience as only cash or a bank transfer was accepted. That said everything went ok and I was offered sincere apologies by the staff who also gave me a generous discount due to the long wait. In terms of cost I was generally happy though the reception area could really do with some heating! Free WiFi. TV and magazines. Clean toilet facilities. Friendly staff. Overall good value, but be prepared for a long wait sometimes.

   This used to be a really good place to get work done on your tyres with very good staff who did things very well but now appears to just be about appearances. After waiting 1 hour and having to chase only to tell me my tyre was not repairable and take my car back.
