   Messaged today to get my windscreen fixed and was told it would be sorted tomorrow or Monday. Then got a call and was told it would be done today and that the engineer would be few hours. Considering I had a few hours, I’ve gone out but was then called by the engineer who told me he was 20 mins away. I told him I was told he would be a few hours so I wasn’t at home and asked if would he could wait. He started swearing at me, telling me I’m wasting his time and I need to come back as quick as possible. Even though I was told a few hours, I’ve apologised, but he’s still swearing, telling me to hurry up. Im keeping him updated and only arrived 30 mins after he got there. When I arrived he was still swearing, racing his van around my area like an idiot while kids were playing, stomping around, swearing about how im wasting his time. While he’s doing the job, he’s aggressively ripping parts out the car and muttering to himself. This is not acceptable particularly as this wasn’t my fault. Why tell me he will be there in a couple of hours if he’s 20 mins away and why should the engineer then take it out on me because the company made a mistake about his ETA. The windscreen was done hence the 1 star, but I will never be using this company again and I don’t recommend it at all. The guy was middle aged bald white guy, if he’s your engineer don’t upset him, he will throw a tantrum.

   Amazing work carried by Danny. He replaced the windscreen on my Nissan 370z, which is not easy, as the side trim pieces are notorious for snapping. He did the job with the up most care and ensured that everything was working as it should after installation. The price of the windscreen was the best I could get a quote on. Kudos to Danny once again for the hard work and exceptional customer service. You are an asset to the company.

   The only thing that was budget was the price..which was by far the best price I had been quoted. Danny the fitter was awesome and arrived on time..he wasn't phased by my classic Mercedes. Can't fault the service at all..highly recommend!!

   Amazing! Was in bad need of a windscreen replacement and these guys were by far the best price and the service was fantastic! Booked on Monday morning to come out the very same afternoon and had the job finished within 45 mins. Couldn't be happier! Highly recommend and would definitley use again!

   A crack appeared in my windscreen. I called a few companies and Budget Windscreens came in by far the cheapest. I didn't really know what I needed so they looked up my car details and confirmed what windscreen type I had. We booked in a fitter for 2 days time who turned up on time, was very polite and friendly and completed the replacement with no fuss within about an hour. 5 stars!!!

   Great service, appointment had to be changed due to the weather, but I was kept updated.. Two days later the job was complete. I was told the previous windscreen was even fitted properly! Which wasn't budget windscreens!. Hopefully no more leaks on the footwell!!
