   Called up 1pm to pre-book a cab for 4.10pm, for a school run, so being on time was important. At 4.15pm, the cab still hadn't showed up, so I called and was immediately told to hold, the controller then took another call, which I could hear in the background, and started taking a lengthy airport booking! At 4.23pm (after I'd had to call the school and apologise that I would be late thanks to the terrible service from the cab firm), the cab finally arrives. Surely the whole point of booking a taxi hours in advance, for a specific time, you'd expect that taxi to arrive on time, not 13 minutes late, especially when the destination is a school! Perhaps if the staff put more effort into doing their job and used their brains, instead of their next lip filler appointment, this taxi firm wouldn't be such a shambles.

   Absolutely terrible and unprofessional experience - I booked a pick up from Rainham to Ongar. After the driver was 15 minutes late I decided to call the office where I was initially told that the driver had to get petrol. Eventually the driver was 30 minutes late and refused to take the M25 route from Rainham to Ongar which at the time was the fastest route. He rudely insisted on going through Romford which made sense when he had to stop for petrol!??. Honestly why schedule a collection when the cab is 30 minutes late. We ended up being 40 minutes late for a wedding ceremony which we will never get back. Furious is an understatent and I am very reluctant to recommend Voom or ever use them again.

   We have used this cab company several times over the past few years. Once to go as far as Hever, in Kent. Always on time and never let us down. Nice clean cars. Polite drivers. Lady controller managed to get us late cab for NY. Picked us up on New Years Eve, picked up two other elderly people, no problem. Car returned to take us home 20 past midnight. Again three drop offs no problem. No messing around just call and cab confirmed. We really must save our local cab firms. Thank You.

   New to the area and needed a a taxi to attended a work meeting. I found the experience easy and straight forward. Within minutes my taxi arrived which was a plus. My taxi driver was Stephan who was a real nice friendly man. Was easy to talk to and had a good batter. Will highly recommend Stephan and the company for the friendly and great service

   I used this company on Saturday evening whilst staying at the Premier Inn Rainham to attend a party. The booking process was quick and easy. I received a text confirming the booking and also when the car had been dispatched to collect us for both the outward and return journey. The driver was friendly and courteous. The fare of £14 for a 4.3 mile journey (£3.26 per mile) was more than I was expecting to pay based on my experiences with a different taxi company in the Chigwell area earlier in the year.
