   hair cut appointment booked for 4pm yesterday. i was preparing to attend with 10 yr old without my car or a lift in rain no coat and i am 77 so i considered bike and bus option. 1 parent was uncontactable the other said i told mum to cancel but he tried phoning mum no reply. I tried to cancel giving name of child and father. I knew time of hair cut. Lady receptionist said no appointment for childs or father names i gave so i thought it had been cancelled. today i learn cancellation cost applied so tried to rectify the error. i know now what i didnt know yesterday it was booked in my daughters name so my fault forgetting to mention that and thinking name of 10 yr old would suffice. today i rang to explain my mistake and how it would have helped prevent misunderstanding if receptionist had given name she had. No doubt data protection is why thats not possible. i am not irate as receptionist stated i wanted to convey how situation had arisen to avoid future misunderstandings it was clear this was not mutual. listening instead of talking especially repetition is more useful.

   100% the best barbers around! Been going here since I moved to Bromborough, Tracey and Ken have been amazing every time. Always a welcoming atmosphere, and its the best haircut I could ask for. A haircut and a good laugh, what more could you want!

   We look after George, who has autism and learning disabilities. Tracey has been cutting George's hair for years and years. In difficult times, Tracey has even made home visits. Her approach to George is one of compassion and support. If you have a child with autism, Tracey is your gal. George now loves his visits to see Tracey and Ken. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

   Ahh what an amazing little gem of a barbers I have found! I have a little boy who has recently been diagnosed with autism and he hates getting his hair cut, It’s so stressful for me having to keep him still and stop him from lashing out I absolutely dread getting his hair cut! From the moment I walked in here Tracey and Ken made me and my little boy feel so welcome they both understood my boys sensory issues and made the whole experience such a nice one ! Can’t thank you both and recommend you enough ! Tracey cut his hair whilst Ken kept him entertained and wiped his little nose from running! Thankyou xxx

   Best barber shop on the Wirral. Tracey and Ken are really friendly and excellent at their job. Absolutely brilliant with kids of all ages too - even my 15 month old grandson who won’t sit still for anyone! On top of all this the prices are great too!
