   Had a puncture in my tire and a flat tire at that, popped in the chap filled the tire with air up, put the car on the ramp and fixed the repair in 10 mins! Brilliant, quick and no fuss will look to book my service and MOT here soon.

   They were pretty busy when i called them. However, they fit me between services, not delaying other customers, as it was an emergency. The oil level was over the max as diesel went to the engine. They did it in 30 minutes. Great service. Highly recommend.

   Took my Audi in to get looked at after a mate recommended Phoenix Autotech Ltd and I can honestly say I wasn’t disappointed. From the moment I walked into reception, the staff were friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to find out what the issue was and gave me a clear solution on the spot. No messing around, no upselling, and definitely didn’t try to rip me off like some other places could have done. Great service all round — highly recommended! Definitely my new go-to mechanics from now on.

   Very poor customer service! I need a paint spray job on my BMW 1 series for the front and rear bumpers. Greg agreed to do the job at a price and then on collection he only sprayed the corner of the rear bumper and said I hadn't payed for the whole bumper to be sprayed. I challenged him but he kept on insisting he won't complete the job Avoid at all costs!
