   We actually met Jay in Feb 25. (Late review). Jay was an absolute star to figure out the fault code issues that suddenly developed with our car. The car has a very complex setup. Other's failed to resolve. He managed to clear all issues within 20 mins. Very reasonable cost for the effort. Can't fault his expertise. Maybe worth seeking his input before main dealer for complex diagnostic issues. Highly recommend.

   Really quick turnaround on a fix multiple other BMW specialists couldn't figure out. My E93 335i had a steering lock error(elv issue), they were very honest and transparent during the whole process. Underselling and overdelivering, had the car fixed within 24 hours.

   Honestly I can't thank this guy enough. I had my MINI R55 FRM reprogrammed by a company on Ebay that ended up giving me multiple light faults around the car. I've spent the past 3 weeks trying to fix the faults. In just a few minutes all of the faults were gone and we now have perfectly working lights. Absolutely first class service.

   Jay is an Absolute Genius! If you have electrical fault or programming needed, look no further! I called around a few places and they seemed clueless, Jay came and done a few tests, found the problem, took my dead ECU along with another Module to get car data off, programmed onto a new ECU and bang! Car back to life! Amazing Service and unbeatable value. Highly recommended!

   Hi, I had my bmw e90 2006 car that I’ve owned for some time the common issue on these models are the ECU going due to heavy rain or water getting into the ECU box. My car shut up last month I took it to my mechanic and he was able to find the fault straight away. Having said that I needed a new ECU I found jay on the Google search had a look at his reviews and thought I’d give him a shot, turns out he is truly the man he says he is. Very well mannered spoke so polite was so easy to approach and talk to he found the fault straight away within minutes he coded a Brand new ECU to my car and coded my original keys back to my vehicle. He even put 10 fuel in there for my car to test drive it as I requested him to ask he didn’t ask for it back he offered. It shows there are still genuine lovely people like this gentleman here may god protect all people like this. I would definitely highly recommend going to this place as I know now my new man for bmw help. The services provided by this man is beyond amazing. And again my cars broken down and he’s coming out again to see my car ! Legend. Love

   This guy Jay, is a legend. My BMW 1 series E87 had issues with the seat occupancy mat sensors and airbag and seatbelt sign wouldn't go from a simple clear code or reset, which other garages tried and I also tried with Carly. Jay, extremely friendly and down to earth, just took a chill approach to it. He even admitted throughout the years of his work, he never encountered such an error code that came on besides the mat sensor he knows about. With his knowledge and experience, he managed to sort out my issue! I'm just extremely happy with the result! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BMW MASTER DIAGNOSIS!

   Simply the best. My BMW F10 M5 was at the main dealers for 3 weeks and they still could not solve an ECU issue my car was experiencing. I called Jay and told him the issue I was having, and he said he could sort it. I towed the car to his garage, and drove it out within 2 hours after he received it. Unbelievable, it had been at a main dealer for 3 weeks and they couldn’t solve it!

   Brought my car to Master Diagnosis after taking it to several other garages, no one could help replacing my ECU. Master Diagnosis were able to program a replacement ECU to my car quickly, professionally and most importantly, for a fraction of the price of the BMW dealers. They even sorted out an ABS problem that I've had since I bought my 2014 Bmw 1 series. Very very highly recommended. Perfect service, very happy.
