    Took my car for diagnostics on an airbag warning light and was told it was a fault with the seat airbags. They told me they checked the connections and they were fine, so I would need new seats. Thank goodness I said I'd need to think about it before proceeding... just got the problem sorted by securing the connection with someone who knows more about cars than me (not a trained professional either!!). As a single female I'm always wary of being ripped off by anything related to cars. Really sad when I'm proved right. Another unhappy customer was there while I was waiting, he drove off very displeased. Suggest anyone reading these reviews steers well clear sadly.

    Avoid this place!!! Came here with my c class for electrical fault with headlights. They first gave have an inflated price and when I said I will be going somewhere else nearly halved the price. As I was desperate to get this fixed due to not being able to drive at night I went ahead. On that day I realised my lock mechanism and dashcam stopped working. Told the owner and said it’s nothing to do despite it stopped working as soon as they worked on it. Went to a different garage and found a fuse was not in which sorted out the lock and dash cam. Upset with their professionalism took no action. Couple days went past then my headlight stopped working again. Went to them 3 times over a week where they keep saying they got too much work to do and tell me to come a different day. Then he stopped answering my calls when finslly go again. Tells me to come today which I did exactly time he said he will look at it again the work they did. Went today and same thing said they can’t look at it. I’ve given up now and will be going elsewhere while losing the money it cost and the stress with their other electrical faults now. They act unprofessional and their work has no warranty. Would take action but was cash payment only. I honestly speechless how they have 5 star reviews as spoke to another customer who was extremely unhappy with their car and the work they did taking shortcuts.

    Very happy with Viktor's repair on my parking sensors: he was able to fit me in the following day, was attentive as I explained the issue, he fixed the wiring quickly and when I came to collect the car he helpfully described what he'd done which I appreciated. Price was reasonable and I would recommend them.

    Superb. I was not able to actually use his service but he gave me honest advice and a free diagnostic over the phone as he had experience with Passat CC tail lights and boot malfunctions, and then recommended a friend of his who was able to fix the issue.
