   The staff at the service place are very good, the facilities are very nice and clean. To drop my car off for service/MOT is simple as long as you have completed the paperwork online. Be careful as there can be limited parking, but the staff will help you out. The let down this time to give only 4 stars was that I had to collect my car the next day and no apology from the service centre.

   I recently had my Lexus repaired at Lexus Hainault Body Shop, and I’m genuinely impressed with both the quality of the work and the customer service I received throughout the process. They worked on several areas of my car, including the nearside doors, which had a fairly deep scratch, a dent on the offside rear door, and a small paint bubble on the bonnet. In addition, they refurbished all four alloy wheels, which now look brand new. The attention to detail and finish are excellent; the paintwork matches perfectly. A special mention goes to Matthew Barker, who dealt with me from start to finish. He was very professional, polite, and kept me updated throughout the repair. He also went above and beyond when it came to the payment, offering me a significant discount at collection, which I genuinely appreciated. Overall, Lexus Hainault Body Shop have done a fantastic job. The quality of the work, the level of care, and the customer service were all first-class. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality bodywork repairs with the exceptional service standards you’d expect from Lexus.

   I’m very disappointed today with Lexus Hainault because I’m a private hire driver ( as I mean Uber driver) for that reason they don’t check vehicles' hybrid systems & I paid for full service so I'm accepting the same service as another customer. However, one of Lexus's members said they don't do hybrid checks if the vehicle has done over 150k but that's fine they should of inform me but they never did. Also, questions to the Hainault management why do you guys bring people professions into your service plan? I never had a problem with the Lexus Woodford branch. Thank you
