My boyfriend got his hair cut by the apprentice, absolutely shocking and he will not be returning after multiple times repeating himself as to what he wanted and failed to do so, the finish was no different to what he went in with.
Best haircut ever been the staff amazing good people.
Always use these guys. Would not go anywhere else to be honest, and they not the cheapest on the block.
Effort was nice but after all effect wasn’t good
I explained exactly what I wanted, and showed the guy a picture of how I usually have it done using pictures from previous haircuts. He had an apprentice with him, and they were chatting and looking at each others phones all the way through my haircut...it was uncomfortable. Also asked him to leave my fringe but he hacked into it anyway, doesn't seem like he could use scissors as I explained if you go too short with my hair it sticks up. First and last time I will go there.
I highly do not recommend this place. I was sat down to the apprentice with no care and help for him. the boy was stressed, his hands were shaking, none of the experienced barbers would help him for an hour. before shaving my beard, I told him to stop, because I don't have time, then the second barber suddenly came up and started helping him. when he started to trim my beard, I asked what he was doing because I don't have time anymore. but he had already started so he had to finish so he did it too fast ... overall the whole haircut and beard trimming was careless. after all my dissatisfaction, the staff member said how much I have to pay ... £ 22, joke. So I asked for some discount because of the whole situation etc. I was late by them. the employee almost started shouting at me that there is no discount, I have to pay the full. not professional behavior, nobody cares and they behave like nothing wrong has been done I will never go there again
Excellent barbers would recommend them to any one. Been there 5 times now and always had excellent service and a really good haircut. They take there time and do the job properly even when there is a queue in there. Will be going back again !!!
