   Honestly I would give even less than this. I believe I was scammed. Within 5 minutes, I was called in and told ' I was lucky to be alive' with driving my car due to the part being damaged. It almost felt the team had colluded with one another- and in that 5 minute had decided that being a young woman, felt I was being taken for a ride (no pun intended!) I had fully serviced my car only 1 month before and everything was perfect. I couldn't believe it. I called the garage that I had done the full service with and they too were absolutely shocked and they agreed to mOT for me instead, however singlewell garage refused to put the car together and asked me to arrange a pickup to take it to the other garage (at my cost). I was so stressed. Didn't know what to do- just resorted to paying over a grand for the 'so called repairs' and mot- which did pass- but it was not recorded as an initial fail- which was suspicious. A few weeks later after the incident, I was in the pub, sharing the story with my friends, beleive it or not, the same garage had done the same to one of my mates, and she too knew of a case of a bloke from work. I don't like to put reviews on Google too often for bad experience, but for terrible experiences I believe people should be aware. I do not like companies taking advantage of people who know little about cars. Now all I'm saying is this, ain't no coincident. Just be careful guys x

   Very good experience using Singlewell Service Centre. They were able to fit me in very last minute for a AirCon refill, the type of gas used in my car not many garages do, so glad they were able to do this. The owner also came and sat and chatted with me and other customers. Highly recommended garage. .

   I took my car to Singlewell garage because the oil sensor light was showing a fault. I dropped it off at 4.00pm and by 4.30 the same day I was told a rodent had nibbled the wires. My car was repaired by lunchtime the next day. Brilliant service, polite and efficient staff and a good price too! Thank you! I am a very satisfied customer ☺️

   Took my partners old scenic in for an MOT, the car failed on a split CV boot and exhaust leak. Fixed both issues and re tested very quickly and at a price that eased my Christmas stress. Would definatly recomend.

   We were given a list of recommended garages to use from my daughters warranty company. Singlewell were the only company on the contacts list who were happy to run the diagnostics needed to find the fault on the airbag system, as others said they probably wouldn’t be able to fix the fault and would have to go to the main dealer. Once the fault was found, the part was ordered immediately, car was fixed and back on the road by the evening. Communication was great throughout. I would definitely use these guys again.

   Took my car to them after another garage could not clarify what was wrong with the car after an airbag warning light was on. They found the exact problem, fixed it and put a new MOT on my car. This is without a doubt the garage to go to. They are very professional and the customer service is excellent.
