I have had the pleasure of having Elliot do some work for me on my car and as a woman it was great to be spoken to in a polite manner, and give honest information of what needed doing and how much it would cost. The work was done in great time and all the staff are polite and very friendly too cannot recomed then enough.
Had to keep coming back because of the same issue (with the injectors) which they could've sorted in one go, but instead replaced, one by one, increasing or duplicating the cost of labour. Assuming it's because we'd have to keep coming back to get it fixed, to make them more money. I don't think they are honest, and we have certainly wasted both time and money going to this garage. They just "guess" what the issue is and also "guess" the solution, which 9x out of 10 does not fix the problem. They allegedly changed a sensor, and/or changed another costly part which did not fix the problem on both occasions. They don't appear to be knowledgeable enough to provide competent advice.
Bob,Dave and Pete are a great team. Reviewed my car, fixed all in speedy time. No additional charge for the time to make their diagnostic reviews. Friendly and honest. I’ll be using these guys again. Thankyou again guys.
Went in to get some advice about a damaged bumper. Firstly, the guy on 'reception' asked me rudely to walk back in through the proper entrance before greeting me with a scowl. He then tried to fob me off by suggesting that the bumper would cost £900 to replace and I wouldn't be able to claim on the at fault driver's insurance as it happened in a public car park. I have since learnt that the latter is completely untrue and the former is only £300. Won't be going back funnily enough.
Helpful and reasonable priced
I had a problem with my boot when I took it in but by the time they were able to look at it, it was working. Nothing needed doing and they didn't charge me which was decent of them. Customer service was great and a friendly garage for general help with your car. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
Was recommended this garage and will definiately recommend to anyone else. Had my MOT done here and it was quick and will 100% be going back for the repairs I need. They wont mess you about like the big car dealerships always try to do!
Good place to service your vehicle. They seem to know what they are doing, they are able to diagnose the issues quickly and fix. We had taken our car to Quickfit to check the sound that was coming, they were not able to diagnose. But these people were quick to diagnose that the issue was with the rear suspension and fix it
Family business. Small team. Polite, very friendly, considerate and helpful. Quick turnaround with jobs. Busy business. Reasonably priced compared to competition nearby. Very professional. Accommodating. Always pleased with work. Local to Brentwood train station and High Street shops. Ample parking. Excellent hand car wash facilities opposite.
