Very happy with the service. Kept posted and they understood my needs. I felt heard β which was important when in the dark, alone and stuck! Luckily, I was in an area with good signal so I could use the link and online application. I can't say how I would have managed in poor signal, but they were thoroughly attentive in all cases so far.

Signed up through a comparison website, with little expectations given the very reasonable price paid. Unfortunately, had to use the service within a few weeks as car battery had gone flat during the cold winter days. Called up the breakdown number, and also filled out the text message survey they also sent out asking for details. They answered pretty much straightaway, took down all my details, explained the process very well, and quoted me around 75 minutes for a recovery. The repair guy actually came within around 30 minutes, much faster than expected. Gave my battery a jump start and I was on my way within the next 10 minutes. He took a few pictures and got me to fill a few things out on his phone and gave me some advice for the car going forward. Autonational actually gave me a courtesy call within another hour or so, just to see if I was OK and if the breakdown guy was able to help, which was really nice. I was really happy with the service received and will definitely be renewing and recommending to all my friends and family.

Great customer service. My car broke down at home and needed taking back to the garage where I bought it from. Initial contact was easy. The engineer was amazing, finding a solution to get the car out of the tight driveway. I needed to contact them following the breakdown a few of times and the customer care team were always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Thankyou.

Libbie was helpful in that she explained very clearly the procedure of getting a new policy set up. This was done quickly but thoroughly and I felt as if I was being treated as an individual. It was reassuring that she had to hand the previous details so I didn't need to repeat lots of information

Very easy to purchase via a comparison site. It seems to tick all the important boxes for me for my motorbike. The next cheapest quote via another site came to Β£30 but did not include forward travel! Obviously I have yet to use this service and Iβm hoping not to hopefully! However for the price and what they are offering in theory is very impressive

My father recently called to change some details on his policy. He was advised to do this online, he'd already tried this and explained it hadn't worked, but again was told to make his changes online. He said he'd try but he's a 70 year old gentleman who's not very tech savvy. The operator on the phone finally agreed to change his details, but was overall very unhelpful. After his details had been changed, she cut him off mid sentence, and abruptly ended the call.

I just called to add an additional car to my policy. The Agent (Tina) was absolutely incredible in helping me select the right policy for the van and car. I figured this would be a typical 20 min fiasco. Nope, fast super friendly professional service from this incredibly nice lady. She had my cover in place in less than 5 minutes! Disgusting company. Sold my father a totally inappropriate policy over the phone. As soon as documents arrived. He tried to cancel. Told he didn't have a 14 day cooling off period as he agreed over the phone. Wrong, that is the whole idea of the cooling off period and it is a legal requirement. They are now charging a cancellation fee. Sad thing is I recommended them. All they are interested in is money & miss selling services.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The computer system does not work for this company. If you have more than one policy for different vehicles they it get confused. They've over charges me by due to their refunding fees and I am out now of pocket. When I have needed to call out the company they attempted to try and charge due to their own system not matching up the correct details. They will blame you for issues in their own computer system and whatever 90s computer and website system they use will make sure you will get over charged, or charged without your knowledge.
