   **AVOID** If you are expecting any attention to detail then don’t bother. No better than your local car wash. All the videos and hype on social media is just to get people through the door. I paid £100 and I still have stains/marks on my dashboard, steering wheel and doors. There excuse was they ran out of time. Apparently you pay for the hour time slot and whatever can’t be done in that hour gets left haha. So the wash process they advertise is only if they can fit it in. It’s a shame I can’t add pictures to this review because it’s shocking! Really disappointed, massive waste of money and certainly will be spreading the word and not going back!

   Wonderful place for a car wash and detailing I took my golf R for a wash they booked me in with a professional manner. The young man Faz was a lovely guy who gave me a complimentary drink whilst waited. Highly recommended for all car related work.

   After seeing all the hype on social media I decided to take my car to prosmart for their ‘VIP’ wash. The exterior cleaning was of good standard I’ll give them that, however the interior wasn’t cleaned to a good level and none of the seats had been wiped as advertised on their promo. I’ve noticed they clean the cars of social media influencers to an exceptional level as it does give them exposure. However they neglect their normal customers. Will not be going back here as I know my car would’ve been better washed at a full valet elsewhere.

   I always take my car here and it’s not your usual car wash, very premium experience, exceptional details and very friendly staff, there work speaks for its self. Best car wash I’ve been too. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy professional detailer or BodyShop. Thanks a lot guys. See you soon !
