I was spoken to by phone politely and didnβt have to wait too long. I was given courtesy checks on my well being - much appreciated. The mechanic Aran was friendly . He asked me where the bonnet release and 12v battery were but dealt with the quick charge well.

Had to call out AutoAid twice in one week for two different vehicles β one breakdown at home and one flat tyre away from home. On both occasions the service was excellent. The response time was extremely fast, and recovery to a garage of my choice on both occasions was handled smoothly and professionally. Really impressed with how reliable and efficient they were. Highly recommended!

Iβve had Auto Aid coverage for a number of years and have been fortunate enough not to need it until recently. The price has always seemed reasonable, and they donβt impose the excessive yearly price hikes that many other companies do. When I finally needed their assistance this past week, they were extremely helpful. The driver who arrived when my car first broke down went above and beyond to get it running and make sure we got home safely. I later needed full recovery, and they transported my vehicle to the garage quickly and efficiently. Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional, and helpful.

I have been with Autoaid Breakdown since 2018 after seeing a very good promotional offer of 15 months for the price of 12 months. I have been a member of AA, RAC, Greenflag and others since I started driving in 1997. Each one has let me down once or twice which is bad enough but they also keep increasing their prices! I needed assistance recently and Autoaid were absolutely fabulous from start to finish! I was kept updated on the progress of the recovery vehicle ETA and when they arrived (bang on time), the lad was very helpful, kept me informed about what was going on and was polite, friendly and professional! I look forward to renewing and by the way, this year I actually paid Β£5 less than last year!

Thank you so much to AutoAid for getting me back on the road after debris on the motorway left me with a flat tyre early yesterday evening. Fortunately, I was very close to services so was able to pull in on the car park to wait. I was informed recovery home could take a long time, so I chose instead to be taken by recovery to a local garage for a replacement tyre. I was able to replace it like for like. Very impressed with the service received from all concerned, with no long waits. The recovery driver was very pleasant and efficient. Call Assist rang to check my car had been picked up. The garage owner was happy to do the work, despite being about to close and in the middle of completing existing work. What great service all round! Many thanks to all concerned.

I have had a policy for a few years, until now. I no longer require cover and was surprised when I received an email, at 08.03 on the morning of my 'auto' renewal to be told that Β£78.54 had already been taken from my account. I called in at 10.51 to cancel the policy and seek a refund, only to be told that there would be a 'cancellation charge' So, for a policy I did not intend to renew I get charged when cancelling less than 3 hours after they tell me that they have taken my money without authority on the day of renewal? Very unhelpful staff, so I have raised a complaint and will ultimately go the the Ombudsman unless I get a full refund, (which will cost them Β£750) MADNESS and my advice is go somewhere else.

I could not be happier with the recovery operator assigned to my breakdown yesterday. Lee from AutoAssist went above and beyond expectations and managed to do a temporary fix on the fuel pump which allows me to use the car while a replacement part arrives. Autoaid were very quick to assign help and keeping me updated on when it will arrive. Thank you.

Have been customer for a long time and have finally lost patience with them. My wife who had two children in car broke down not far from a town centre (point being it was not in middle of nowhere). After being told the wait for recovery would be an hour and a half, they finally turn up 3 hours late. This would be bad enough but guy couldn't fix (which I expected) but couldn't tow either as he was only in a van. This meant had to wait a further hour and a half for a suitable recovery vehicle. I would love to say this was a one off but similar happened to our other car last year. It always seems the garages are really far away which looks like the problem.

Don't touch with a barge pole !!. After an already big jump in my yearly premium on trying to re-new cover over the phone they then hit me with another near Β£20 increase in price just because my one owner 50K mile car is now over 16 years old !! This was after the e-mail renewal to me quoted the lower price and said nothing about the 16 year old rule !! Very poor attitude from the customer advisors on the phone as well when I questioned this which I did not expect as I've been a customer of theirs for approaching 20 years. Couldn't make it up got cover cheaper elsewhere from a recognised brand.

Today I broke down by Chievely Services, Newbury and the efficiency from Auto aid was second to none, especially from David who towed me back home. He was extremely helpful and patient. Highly recommend this company. From a very satisfied customer, Sam.
